Your logo design is almost always the first thing people see when they learn about your company either through your website, business cards, or other. We want to make sure we choose a professional like Webney to help you with the very important job of getting your logo designed perfectly. Once it’s been designed and approved by you, we can start designing everything else. Some folks don’t always understand all the hard work that goes on behind creating the perfect logo, but we will happily explain the process if you choose to work with us, not just on your logo, but everything else as well.
Monogram Logo
If your business name has 3 or 4 words that you’re afraid people might forget or simply would prefer that the initials stand out and be remembered, then a monogram logo might be a good choice for you. There are many companies that use this method when the initials stand for words people have a hard time understanding or pronouncing. See below for a few examples:

Wordmark Logo
If you lucked out and found a 1 or 2 word company name which had not already been taken, then a Wordmark logo design might be for you, It’s tough these days to find a business name that hasn’t been taken but whatever the case may be, a wordmark logo might be a great selection for you. Below are a few examples:

Pictorial Logo
If you have a symbol or a small image in mind that you’d like to use, Webney can help you with a pictorial logo design. We can help you pick something that you don’t mind having around for the whole time your business exists. If you look at Apple as a prime example, it’s certainly not an image that anybody will forget anytime soon! It’s important to pick something very simple that fits and looks good everywhere. Afterall an Apple with a bite taken out of it is very simple but we need to come up with something just as strong and memorable for your company. Below are some examples:

Logo for Website Design
First things first when designing your website and that’s your logo design. If you do not have a logo, we will definitely help you create one and after that we use the style from that logo to design your brand new website design. The first question we ask a new client before we build their website is if they have a logo. We get the website’s colours and styles from the logo itself.
Search Engine Optimization
Think about your websites search engine optimization, specifically your average session duration on our website. That’s why companies starting out are willing to spend so much time and money on their logo, it’s because if your logo looks professional. People will stay on your website every time and that alone will boost your analytics and shows Google that your website is loved by new users.
Abstract Logo
This category of logos are similar to pictorial logos but instead of using an icon or an image of something that already exists, you need to think of something (or hire Webney) that is either completely made up or something that resembles a real icon or image that already exists with a twist. Some people may have been building up an image in their head or even drawing an image they made up since they were kids and in this case may now finally use it. There’s also companies that may choose to use Webney’s logo design services to create something completely made up and new because they really want their brand to stick out from their competitors. Abstract logo designs are the perfect solution to being unique. Below we’ve posted a few examples:

Mascot Logo
These types of logo designs will be the new spokesperson for your brand and will be used a lot. Businesses with a mascot logo always push the image quite hard. Many stickers are made up for vehicles all the way up to creating a real suit to wear at events your company might sponsor. Mascot logo design takes a lot of creativity and is usually used by companies that like to think big! You can think of how McDonalds used to use all of those real live mascots to be part of parades and how real their vision came to life. By using this type of logo design in Calgary, you can be sure to grow your brand in one of the best cities of Alberta. Below are some examples:

Combination Mark
This is a very smart type of logo design to use. Usually a combination mark logo consists of using the words of your business drawn right into an emblem, icon, or image created by yourself or Webney. The funnest thing about choosing this logo is that the name of your company is already inserted into your logo so you don’t always need to advertise your website or type anything extra everywhere else. People will get used to your combination mark and it’s also a great way to help people who might have bad memories who are likely to forget your icon or image since there’s so many out there. Some might say “too many.” Webney uses a combination mark and below are a few more examples for you:

Emblem Logo
Lastly, this type of logo design, the emblem, is a logo design that is the most difficult to produce or invent. There are often many details involved and drawing it or embroidering it on sweatshirts becomes almost impossible. Many universities will use these types of logos because they look “smart.” I’m sure you can think of logos and crests used in universities in all those old movies we used to watch. Webney will be happy to help you come up with a emblem logo design, but we recommend to keep it as simple as possible in order to be able to use it wherever and whenever possible. Too much detail in something that can be so small like a website from a mobile device can be difficult to understand. Below are a few examples:
